- Time to decide: You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the moment you receive your order.
- How to request a return? The fastest way is to log in to your Customer Account – you will find a dedicated panel where you simply select the products to return, and your details will be filled in automatically.
- Other ways to submit: You can also submit a declaration by sending an email to: sklep@deante.pl. A model withdrawal form can be found at the very end of our Terms and Conditions.
- Shipping and costs: You send the returned goods back to us at your own expense. Please pack them securely and send them to: Deante Sp. z o.o., ul. Twarda 11/13, 95-100 Zgierz, Poland.
- Condition of the goods: You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Please note that we do not accept returns of products made to your individual order.
- Refund: We will refund your payment within a maximum of 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal statement, using the same payment method that was used for the order. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

Most of our products are covered by an additional manufacturer’s warranty. This is often the fastest and most convenient way to resolve an issue.

2. Complaint Due to Non-Conformity with the Contract
Regardless of the warranty, as the seller we are legally responsible if the delivered goods are not in conformity with the contract. We are liable for defects that appear within 2 years from the date of delivery.
- Your rights: Under this procedure, you may primarily request repair or replacement of the goods with new ones.
- How to submit? You may submit your complaint in any form. However, to ensure the fastest handling, we recommend sending an email directly to: sklep@deante.pl.
- What to include? Please provide your contact details, order date and number, a detailed description of the issue, and your requested resolution (e.g. replacement, repair). We will respond to your complaint without delay, no later than within 14 days.
