How can I place an order?
The fastest way to place an order is through the shopping cart on the store's website. We also accept orders placed by email at: sklep@deante.pl
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you don't need to create an account – guest checkout is fully available, and you can also check your order status without registering. However, it is worth creating an account to easily track your package and have your entire purchase history handy.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, up until the moment the goods are dispatched from the warehouse. Please contact us urgently by phone at 42 714 30 06 or by email at sklep@deante.pl to modify the product list or delivery details.
Where can I find technical support or product installation instructions?
All support materials can be found on our website www.deante.en on the product page. There, we provide detailed installation instructions and full technical documentation for the products. If you need specialist support, a map of authorized service technicians across Poland is also available on the website: sklep.deante.pl/Service. You can also directly contact our service department by phone at 42 714 30 08 or by email: serwis@deante.pl, and they will be happy to help resolve any issue.
Are my personal data and passwords safe with you?
We fully care about your privacy. Our store uses an SSL certificate (the green padlock next to the website address), which encrypts all connections and data entered during registration and purchases. We process your data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order, in accordance with GDPR.
Payments
What payment methods are available?
We support fast Paynow payments (Blik, online transfers, cards). You can also pay by traditional bank transfer or cash/card upon personal pickup. You can check all payment methods at sklep.deante.pl/Payment
Is payment via Paynow secure?
Yes. The Paynow system belongs to the mBank group and meets the highest security standards (PCI DSS Certificate), protecting your data and transactions.
When will I receive my VAT invoice?
The invoice is generated automatically once the order is completed. For private individuals, it will be sent as a PDF to the email address provided in the order. For companies, we issue a structured invoice via the National System of e-Invoices (KSeF).
Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
The cost depends on the shipping method, as well as the dimensions, weight, and type of assortment. The system will automatically calculate the delivery cost in the shopping cart.
What are the delivery methods?
Available delivery options appear automatically in the shopping cart during checkout. You can check all delivery methods at sklep.deante.pl/Shipping
How long will I wait for my shipment?
We do everything we can to ensure your purchases reach you as quickly as possible! Standard delivery time is up to 72 hours, but in most cases, we manage to ship much faster.
Is personal pickup possible?
Yes! You are welcome to collect your order from our collection point at: ul. Twarda 11/13, 95-100 Zgierz. Pickup is free of charge. You will receive a confirmation beforehand that the goods are ready. Please just confirm your intention to pick up with a prior phone call.
Will the courier carry the goods into my apartment?
Couriers are required to deliver parcel shipments to the first door. In the case of heavy pallet shipments (e.g., bathtubs), the courier delivers the goods on a "curbside" basis (in front of the building). It is possible to use an additional delivery service to carry the goods inside, which requires an extra fee.
I received damaged goods – what should I do?
It is always worth checking the condition of the package in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage, fill out a delivery damage report with them and take photos. Send this documentation as soon as possible to: magazyn@deante.pl. This documentation will allow us to handle the claim procedure with the carrier and enable the fastest possible replacement or delivery of a new product.
Returns and complaints
How much time do I have to return goods?
You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, starting from the moment you receive the package. Details can be found in the terms and conditions sklep.deante.pl/Terms-and-conditions
How quickly will I receive my refund?
We refund the money immediately after checking the goods, up to a maximum of 14 days, using the same method that was used to pay for the order (e.g., via Paynow).
Who covers the return shipping cost?
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. You can send the package back in any way that is convenient for you (e.g., via post or courier).
I want to exchange a product for a different one. How do I do it?
The simplest and fastest method of exchange is to make a standard return of the unwanted product and place a new, independent order for the correct item. This allows us to process the order immediately, without waiting for the return process.
